A note for people I've plowed for before
Hello again.
It's James. I've plowed your laneway in past winters, and this season I'm running a small route of country laneways around Orangeville under the name Cedar Rail Snow Co. Same truck in the laneway at 5 cm, same person doing the work, with a few things tidied up: prices by laneway length that stay fixed all season, a Season Plan if you'd rather know the total up front, and a route status page so you can see when I'm out and when I'm done.
The route is small on purpose, so I'm letting the people I've plowed for know before it fills. If you'd like a quote, one tap below is all it takes. If not, one tap tells me that too, and I won't ask again.
What's the same
- Plowing starts automatically once about 5 cm has fallen, no call needed
- Overnight snow cleared before the morning commute in most storms
- One operator who knows your laneway, your gate and where the snow goes
What's new
- Prices by laneway length, fixed for the season: $115, $150 or from $185 a plow, plus HST
- A Season Plan from $1,795 plus HST, paid half at signing and half on January 15
- A free return if the township windrow blocks you within 12 hours
- A route status page for storm days, and payment by e-Transfer or card
